Weather

An on-air radio personality used to always make the remark "Whether the weather is cool , or whether the weather is hot, we must weather the weather, whether we like it or not." It used to annoy the shit out of me, but he had a point. Of course, he must be roasting his gay balls off now, living all the way out there in Las Vegas, cause it'ss just plain hot there!

But I'm glad it finally stopped raining and the flood watches are gone. Let's pray the sun will hang around a few days. My heart goes out to all the victims of the recent tornadoes in Georgia and Oklahoma. I'm sickened by the death toll from the earthquake in China. I pray they will find survivors underneath all the rumble...
