Now I need to take some lessons from him! I wish that I was that agile! :) BTW: Louis Smith HAS posed nude before for a benefit for mens cancers. He's willing to bare-it-all this time for Attitude, the British gay mens magazine. Yes, as far as I can ascertain, that photo you mentioned IS Ricky Martin. While im on my fit kick I started researching how they train and found out they get those bodies mostly by using their own bodyweight. Gosh I want to incorporate some of it into my exercising regiment even though im a green giant.
